Scott and Jessica Kincer are the owners and operators of Black Lock Sealcoating. They are proud to be a local, family-owned business in the Knoxville, TN area. They have been providing sealcoating services and asphalt repair for over 15 years in Knoxville, TN.

Our Founder

Scott Kincer, the founder of Black Lock Sealcoating, is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. (Go Vols!) He started out sealcoating and pressure washing driveways in the early years of the business. He built a reputation for quality work, which allowed him to expand the company into commercial sealcoating a few years down the road. Black Lock has also expanded to provide parking lot striping, in addition to their quality asphalt repair, maintenance and sealcoating.

Scott’s reputation for top-quality sealcoating and his attention to detail has grown Black Lock Sealcoating into one of the top asphalt repair & sealcoating companies in the area. He takes great pride in his work and in his customers’ satisfaction.
